Many people were very frustrated because they don’t know their Airtel number, sometimes it’s might be for an urgent transaction may be in the office, banks, recharge but can’t find their Sim pack or remember the number offhand again and they don’t have airtime on their phone to call someone. Some people even tried to check their airtel number online but they don’t have the data to do so, not everyone who bought their SIM still has access to their SIM pack after their registration with the network provider, some people keep it but they don’t remember where they put it, some even forgot due to multiple SIM. A lot of people have tried on how to check their airtel sim number through my airtel app which they see it impossible,  if you want to use my airtel app you need to put your phone number into it because my airtel app cannot generate your phone number. that’s why I come up with how to check your number. There’s a different method to check your airtel phone number

You can check your number with these steps below

  1. To check your number dial *121*3*4# your phone number will display on your screen
  2. You can also call a person that is near you to get your number
  3. Ask someone that has your mobile number on the phone.
  4. You can also call customer services by dialing *111#

How to buy data on airtel

  1. Dial *141# on your phone pad
  2. Press 2 i.e data bundles and tap on send
  3. Then, select the type of bundles you want to buy {i.e, press 1 for daily bundles, 2 for weekly bundles, 3 for monthly bundles, and so on.
  4. Once you decide the type of bundles you wish then, select the amount of data you wish to purchase.

How to share data on airtel

  1. Change your default pin, by dialing *141#
  2. Some options will display on your screen, reply with (8) gifting & sharing, and tap on send
  3. Then reply with 1 to change your default pin and press send.

Once you change your pin then proceed to share data with friends, family, and others

  1. Dial *141# on your airtel phone number
  2. Some options will display on your screen, reply with (8) e-gifting & sharing
  3. Then press 4 and tap on send
  4. Reply with 2 and tap on send
  5. Input the recipient’s phone number
  6. Enter the amount of data you wish to send and then press send
  7. Input your PIN and tap on SEND

How to ask a friend for data

  1. Dial *141# on your airtel phone number
  2. Some options will display on your screen, reply with (8) gifting & sharing, then tap on send
  3. Then reply with 3 and send it
  4. Input the benefactor’s number and press send, a request will be sent to the number

How to check the bank’s code on airtel

  1. You must have an airtel sim card and register
  2. Go to your phone pad
  3. Dial this code *121*6# it will display the bank’s code and the name looks like your own.
