  • Type Run and Click on Run to open the Run Command.
  • A Run command will pop up; type services. msc and click OK.
  • When you click OK, you will navigate to the Services section, where you can see different services icons and search for the DNS Client.
  • If you find DNS Client, right-click it and Tap on the Restart option.

When clicking on the Restart option, some people may face problems with the Restart option then;

  • Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left corner, type cmd and click on the cmd to open the command prompt, or right-click on the cmd and click on Run as administrator.
  • Type the commands below on the cmd command prompt to restart the DNS Client service.
              • net stop dnscache
              • net start dnscache

Fix 2: Clean the Cache by the Commands.
